Would recommend for a brief pit stop

Clean hotel, friendly staff, the breakfast offers a great variety with many options, and there is a convenient bus stop right across the street that takes you directly into Times Square.

The room was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The separate seating area made it comfy to relax, and the bathroom had free toiletries. The indoor pool area was clean, and the breakfast had a variety of choices, including waffles and pastries. Also, the location had easy access to public transport to Times Square.

We had a fantastic time in our two-bedroom suite with a cozy fireplace and the kids loved the indoor pool as well as the BBQ facilities for evening cookouts. The hotel really went all out for comfort and relaxation, making our stay feel special. Just a heads up, the sofa bed wasn’t the best for sleeping, but it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment. 😊

Highly recommend for solo travelers to events

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The front desk guy was stellar, went above and beyond to help me when I got lost after the concert. He even drove back to where I was just so I could follow him back-what a guy! My room was clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated having the dog-friendly policy.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the service I received, I think it was reasonable.

The Residence Inn offered a spacious King Studio Sofa Bed that was perfect for my business travel needs. The staff went above and beyond, especially the front desk employee who promptly assisted in troubleshooting my coffee maker and TV. The location was excellent, just a short drive to various business venues and restaurants, making it very convenient for work-related activities.

I stayed here with family for 3 nights in a Two-Bedroom Suite Sofa Bed. The pool and fitness area were excellent. Breakfast had a great variety, perfect for my picky toddler. Repairs were quick when we reported an issue. Proximity to the American Dream Mall was a big plus! 🎉
